Thank you for your interest in joining the Blue Moon Strike Force! Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We have a few requirements for joining the Blue Moon Strike Force:

• 1. You must be at least level 125
• 2. You must have at least 4 differnet people you communicate regularly
• 3. Every member must have defeated me. This will be switched to be defeating the first team.
• 4. You must show some form of leadership skills. This can be shown by being a leader of a crew, or by being a leader of a group of friends.

Only one application per team. Team Leader will be the one to submit the application.

After submitting, we will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible. If your application is accepted, you and your team will be interviewed by me, Forixaim, and we will decide if you are a good fit for the Blue Moon Strike Force. If you are accepted, you and your teammates will be given the role of "Ensign" in the Blue Moon Discord server. You will be given a 2 week grace period where your Blue Moon Respect will not drop. After that, you will lose 2 Blue Moon Respect every week.
